We strive to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor/ Mobile’s display of any color will be accurate.
- Customized Items: Since many of our products are personalized (engraved, printed, or custom-made), slight variations in color, font size, or design placement may occur. These are not defects but part of the custom manufacturing process.
- User Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that all spelling, grammar, and design details provided for customization are correct. We are not responsible for errors in the final product caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
3. Pricing and Modifications
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product (or any part thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
- Standard Products: Orders for non-customized items can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Personalized Products: Once an order for a customized/personalized item has been processed or sent for production (e.g., laser engraving has started), it cannot be cancelled or refunded. This is because the item is made specifically for you and cannot be resold.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within India and selected international locations. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. OnlyOneKart is not liable for any delays caused by the courier company or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes).
6. Returns and Refunds
Please review our separate Return & Refund Policy page for detailed information on returns. Generally, personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
7. Intellectual Property
