PART A: Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
Since most of our products are custom-made (e.g., laser engraved or personalized printing), we require time to create your order.
- Standard Products: Dispatched within 24-48 hours.
- Personalized/Customized Products: Please allow 2-4 business days for designing and manufacturing before the item is shipped.
2. Shipping Duration
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5-7 business days.
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days. (Note: Delivery times may vary due to public holidays or courier delays.)
3. Shipping Charges
- We offer Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹[Amount, e.g., 999].
- A flat shipping fee of ₹[Amount, e.g., 60] applies to orders below this amount.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) charges may apply separately if available.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking ID via Email/SMS. You can track your package on our “Track Order” page or the courier partner’s website.
PART B: Refund & Return Policy
1. Returns on Personalized Products
Important: As our products are customized specifically for you (with your name, photo, or specific text), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for “Change of Mind” or “Incorrect Details provided by the customer.”
- Please double-check your spelling, phone models, or size selection before placing the order.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or has a manufacturing error (e.g., wrong spelling printed by us), we will replace it free of charge.
- How to Claim: You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Proof Required: Please email us at support@onlyonekart.com with your Order ID and an unboxing video or clear photos of the damaged product.
- Resolution: After verification, we will ship a fresh replacement or initiate a refund.
3. Refunds
If a refund is approved (in cases where a replacement is not possible):
- Prepaid Orders: The amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.
- COD Orders: We will ask for your bank account or UPI details to transfer the refund.
4. Cancellations
- You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
- Once the customization process (designing/printing/engraving) has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
